Hi there

 

I would like to cancel my mobile account. Can a moderator please send me a private message so i can provide all info/details to do this.

Hi @aupair23,

 

We're unable to send a direct message unless the user has reached Level 2. You may post another comment from this thread and try sending a PM afterwards.

Hi, last Friday(03/05/2024) I called to cancel my TPG mobile phone sim only account, and the agent said I would receive a cancellation email within 48 hours, but now it has been 5 days but I still haven't got that email, so I want to check about the cancellation process, if it's going as planned.
