Cancel my mobile service

I started the process of starting a mobile phone service with TPG days ago and have heard absolutely nothing. I have no way to use my phone and when I log in, it says I just have to wait. I’ve never had a service take this long to provision before. I want to just cancel it and go with somebody else but the only way it’s letting me cancel is to call….I HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY PHONE because of TPG!
And I wouldn’t call anyway and give you any more money after you’ve already stolen my money by not starting the phone service I’ve paid for.

Please cancel the request to start a mobile service with you, I would rather just go with somebody else, somebody competent.
