Cancellation of my account

Hi tpg team, kindly proceed my cancellation of mobile lines as soon as possible. As all the lines that i'm holding, none of the line can works. No network connection and cannot make outgoing call. Receiving also got big problem, it cannot work at all. The below is the phone lines number that i'm holding.
