Cancelling mobile plan

I've moved to another provider for my mobile phone, so wanted to cancel my sim only mobile plan.

I notice I've just been charged $11 - I assume this was a fee to port the number to the new provider, but as usual received no communication by email from TPG.

Now I find I can't log into my TPG account to cancel the service.

Am I to assume my account has been cancelled?

What else am I going to be billed for?
