Cannot received SMS after Changing Handphone

Hi,
I just change my handphone from Xiomi Note 10 Pro to Xiomi Note 13 Pro, but still use sama phone number. After changing to new HP, I cannot received overseas SMS.
My location is in Singapore, I cannot received SMS from overseas like eg. Malaysia or Indonesia etc.
Could you please help me to find out what is the problem. I have also try to set international roaming, but still same problem
