I am trying to contact tpg to cancel my sim only plan because i no longer get phone reception or data where i live (heavily populated and 20mins from city in Brisbane). I have been hung up on 3 times now and ignored on the forum. When i did talk to someone they tried to send a code to the phone i get no reception on. I said it wouldn't work as i don't have reception and i was put on hold and subsequently hung up on.
i urge anyone having the same issues to contact the fair trade commission at https://www.tio.com.au/ .
We're sad to learn that you feel that way. We responded to your initial post located here but we did not received any response. We'd like to take this opportunity to turn around your experience and get to the bottom of this.
To better understand the situation, send us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) we will treat this as a complaint and have our Complaints Resolution Team take over the issue.
