Hi,
I got an email from you 'Your TPG mobile plan is changing' and I want to access my mobile account to see what is going on. However, I cannot access my mobile phone account after I cancel my Wireless boardband. Nomatter I used 'mobile number' or 'customer ID' as username to reset my password, I would get 'Sorry, we are unable to send your temporary password.'
How do I cancel my mobile plan as you change my current plan by yourself?
