How to cancel my plan

Used the suggested email address "csmobile@tpg.com.au" from the TPG website to try to cancel my SIM only plans, however the email gets bounced back with unknown user.
Whats the most appropriate email address for me to use to proceed with the cancellation request?

We are unable to locate the account using your community details. Please PM us your TPG customer ID, username and address so we can pull up the account. Please also include a brief description of why you'd like to cancel the service.
