I'm having internet problems and you've provided me with a sim as a temporary measure. How can I find the phone number to activate it. I don't know where the paperwork is that came with it
I've been through that. The sim isn't showing up on my NBN account. It's a free one TPG have given me. I threw out the paper work. My phone can't tell the number and the ringback number can't get out.
Are you allowed to look up my account and PM me the number?
