International Roaming - can’t activate while overseas as I require SMS to log in.

Hi all, I’m abroad in Japan and can’t activate my international roaming as my account uses SMS for 2 factor authentication. Are there ways around this?

Yes, you can raise your request to enable the international roaming through our Privacy Team by filling out the secure form here: https://tpg.com.au/identity

Make sure you provide an overseas number as we'll send you a text message.

A case manager will be in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours.
