I cannot login to my TPG account to turn on international roaming as I am already overseas and cannot receive SMS. Can I use email or an authenticator app to verify please?
Hi @jmoon7, the OTP you need to login to your account can only be sent via SMS. As you're unable to access your online account, please send us a private message with your mobile so we can look into your account.
