I had an earlier issue resolved on one of my plans, but the same issue persists on the other plan.
I am overseas. Roaming turned on. Registered on a local network. Sim only plan with prepaid balance loaded.
I am able to receive sms but not phone calls. I cannot sent sms or make calls.
On my other sim only plan I am able to do all those things. Settings are identical.
I have tried restarting the device as well as manually registering on a different network. I have also tried loading more to the prepaid balance. Issue persists.
