Get online support
I've just port out of TPG to another telco service provider on 9 May.
TPG already automatically disconnected my mobile service since then.
However, I noticed TPG still continued to charge to my credit card for the monthly fee on 10 May.
Appreciate TPG can assist in this matter.
We'd like to have a better understanding of the situation.
