I want to top up my prepaid balance beacuse ive used my data for the month and want to buy a few gbs to get me to the next billing. When I go into 'My Account' i am told that i have been moved to 'Novus' whatever that is. I can find anything to even see if it possible on my form on myaccount.
For mobile accounts, we've moved our system to the new Novus.
We've sent you an email advising of the change with your new account or customer number to login to your account.

There is nothing to tell a customer how to addon extra data once they've used up their subscription. This is a basic request that is not accomodated on the new TPG website. I think I'll be switching to a nother provider more intuitive.
