Get online support
Got my SIM card today, successfully ported my wife's number to TPG. But my number failed to port in. Called the support, after more than 30 minutes talk, still unsuccessfully ported in my number. The support promised me they're going to fix the issue asap.
If still nothing happens tomorrow, I will cancel the porting.
Almost regretting this.
