I no longer have access to the previous service I have requested to be ported from, therefore cannot access any "SMS" that is supposed to be sent to that SIM card. Could someone please advise me of how to activate my new TPG service - I don't have access to another phone, so can't call TPG support?

Hi

 

Thank you for responding to my question, however, this does not help me or my situation. I do not have access to my previous SIM card or its service. I have received no SMS regarding the porting of my existing number, as describe in the instructions you forwarded to me. This is extremely frustrating, as I have only this Community Board to communicate on - I have no way of calling customer support.

 

I need someone to look at what the problem is, and advise me what to do.
