Thank you for responding to my question, however, this does not help me or my situation. I do not have access to my previous SIM card or its service. I have received no SMS regarding the porting of my existing number, as describe in the instructions you forwarded to me. This is extremely frustrating, as I have only this Community Board to communicate on - I have no way of calling customer support.
I need someone to look at what the problem is, and advise me what to do.
I'll coordinate this matter to our Mobile Support Team to provide email assistance instead.
