Hi there, I contacted TPG to cancel my mobile service before leaving Australia for overseas travel. It was to be cancelled effective 22/1/24. I have now been charged for the next month.
As I am overseas I now can't make a phone call to follow this up.
Please advise how I can have this month that has just been charged refunded and my plan cancelled.
