Mobile internet not working

I paid $10 yesterday to top up mobile data but still can't access any internet on my mobile phone. I've checked all settings on mobile phone and they are all "on ".

We've created an article that will guide you on How to add Mobile Prepaid Balance, which you may use to confirm that you have a remaining mobile data.

 

Once confirmed that the additional data was added, then you may perform basic troubleshooting with your Smartphone.

Steps:

  • Turn Off and On the mobile data
  • Turn On and Off the Airplane mode
  • Turn Off and On your phone
