Hi TPG,
I have switched my mobile number to another service provider.
Before porting, there was $19.99 prepaid credit in my account; but after porting, the credit was cleared
Then on the same day, I received a SMS saying "Your Prepayment Outside Included Value is low. We're charging $20.00 to restore it", so I was charged prepaid twice.
The next day, without any notification, I saw a $11 porting out fee was charged from my bank account.
I have been with TPG for almost eight years. When I signed up eight years ago, there wasn't porting out fee.
So can you please waive the porting out fee and refund my 2x prepaid credit?

By the way, I called TPG CS when I noticed TPG charged me $20 prepaid credit even though my mobile number is no longer with TPG.
My call reference ID is 97192405.
In addition to request refund my prepaid credit, I am also requesting to waive the port out fee which was charged without any notification.
