I have been seeking help for eight days due to mobile phone drop outs constantly- no reply - need urgent resolution have sick elderly family member

My elderly mother is at risk because my mobile is dropping out and I need this to call her doctors; hospital and ambulance -I cannot get any help after nine days now - how is this service?
