Get online support
Though there is a thread tagged as "solved" the solution doesn't seem to work.
SIM only plan on two Samsung Galaxy A14 phones (mine and my partners) - either phone only rings 5 times (about 10 seconds) before cutting off with "The person you have called is unavailable..." asking to send an SMS. Call forwarding and voicemail switched off on both phones. No useful options in phone settings, no useful options available through TPG website account/SIM settings, 30+ dead end phoning TPG tech support...
What am I missing here?

To extend the ring time, enter the following sequence:
**61*101** (number of seconds: 15, 20, 25 or 30) #.
Then press the call/send button.
**61*101**30#

and your suggestion - tech support at TPG don't seem to know what's going on.
I can't find any Samsung-based setting problem either...
