Change the plan to a higher data rate, but the usage notified to the SIM is still stating the old figures. What is causing this, or how does it reset?
The account details seem to show correct figures. Just the message to the phone that says the wrong ones.

As part of your plan upgrade you may have been sent a new SIM for your phone which needs to be activated before the plan commences.
