New eSIM but no connection

I've activated my eSIM for my plan today, and I’ve waited over 3 hours as suggested for my number to come across to TPG. I've received notifications that Sim is activated.

Calls, texts and internet are not working. I can’t connect to anybody on the phone and don’t have any phone service.

Could somebody please assist.
