Since Saturday 2 July I have not received any SMS from 2 persons and they are on the Optus network. They had to phone me.
Since I am not a Optus customer they will not help me or even check if there is a problem on their network.
I have got SMS messages form other networks eg overseas.
I have followed the TPG trouble shooting guide - even moved SIM to an old phone and phoned TPG. They could see no problem but did not contact any back room technical staff.
What can I do?

The problem was fixed overnight. I assume I will never be told the cause of the problem etc. A few messages were lost.
