I find I must keep deleting and restoring the email account in order for it to work. I have a screen shot with one of the error messages. Reluctant to post it becuase it shows my tpg email address...
@meradox . You could use image editing program to erase your email address or just type out what the error messages say.
david64, I think I've edited the screen shots.Here's hoping!
Is there enough information to work put why I'm having trouble? Thanks in advance, Meradox
Hi @meradox . Has this been happening for sometime or just recently? If recently, do you know if it might have coincided with a change to your public ip address?
Are you using VPN software on your computer? TPG mail server rejects connections from "overseas" ip addresses.
I don't understand the business of using alien email names with TPG mail server. You're using an icloud name with TPG. Some email clients have a "Reply address" option if you want replies to go elsewhere..
Do you have authentication enabled?

Following is a standard suggestion by TPG for "abuse" errors. Don't know if it is any good.
Lastly, send email to postmaster@tpg.com.au detailing the problem. You can attach the original screenshots.
