Refunds

I had purchased a new sim connection in April. It was not used till August and expired.
Later I contacted TPG to use the same amount to port my existing number 04XXXXXXXX from BOOST.
I got a new SIM card with the boost number. However, I was denied porting as the date of birth of BOOST didn't match with my details at TPG. I think this was due to the fact that my boost subscription was in the name of my daughter with her DOB.
Now I will be leaving Australia and go back to my country. I would like to get refund of 12.50 dollars by cancelling my SIM card.
Regards
Noor Mohamed
