Hi @Ahra_G , I cannot find the email at all. Can you please PM me the email address that it was sent to, and secondly can you comapre it to the detials that I sent you at your request last night, which included my email address? Many thanks
What I can confirm is that the email address you filled out on our verification form is not the one registered on your account, @BlueMidget
Do you mind checking other TPG email address that may be linked to your mobile service?
Yes @Ahra_G I've checked that one already, and I cannot find the email at all. There are others from TPG that I had already seen there, such as the $15 receipt to check the credit card validity, but I have been monitoring both email addresses for any sign of support.
