While trying to access my voicemails when overseas, I am being prompted to enter a security code after entering my mobile number. I'm not sure what the security code is. Is there some way I can find it? Thanks.
@RicN just to be clear, you are trying to access your TPG mobile voicemail service while you are overseas and it is asking you for a password, is that correct?
If this is the case, the pin is created by you during the set up.
Thanks for your reply. Yes, the voicemail service is asking me for a security code which I cannot recall, and the usual codes I would use have been incorrect. I am wondering if there is another way to access my voicemails, or to get access to this security code eg can TPG send it to my email address?
