My new Sim card does not appear to be activated as I can only make emergency calls. I have restarted multiple times without success. I have recieved an email claiming my Sim card has been activated, though this this is not the case.
I ported my old phone number.

For mobile services, the porting will commence as soon as the SIM is activated.
You should receive an email as soon as the porting is completed which usually takes 1-2 working days.
