So after 5 days and numerous calls to tpg I still have no incoming calls or texts. Yet another call this morning to them and still no results. Apparently it’s been escalated but this is beyond poor. I can make calls but can’t receive them.

Why is this so hard!! I just want a working connection. I thought going to tpg was a great idea. Regretting it a bit now.

Can someone help??
