Sim card not provisioned

Hey TPG Support Team!

I recently activated my new sim, and despite many phone restarts and sim re-insertions I am still getting the "not provisioned" error.
As a result I can't call for help and I have not received a response to an email enquiry.
Assistance would be greatly appreciated!
