Hi!
I received my new sim for a new sim-only plan a couple of days ago AND had an email saying my mobile plan was activated but when I insert the sim into my phone nothing happens. I can only make SOS calls and the phone gives me a notification that there is no sim installed. Does this have to do with the activation of my sim? my phone is able to recognize my old foreign sim when I put it back so I don't think that that is the problem...
