When I use wifi on my android phone, the Service NSW app Covid Safe Check-in works perfectly.
But when I use mobile data, I can log in to Service NSW but Covid Safe Check-in returns an error message, "Unable to check in. Check your data settings and try again".
I check my phone data settings which show two Access Point Names: either VF WEB or Vodafone live! But neither worked to enable me to Covid Safe check in.
Can someone please help?
