I have been waiting for my sim card delivery for over 2 weeks (from 23/02/2024), and I still haven't received my card. I am really disappointed because as the website says, the card will be delivered to my home the next business day (I am living in Melbourne CBD, quite a convenient place). EVEN though I HAVE PAID my first month's bill automatically, there is still NO SIM CARD in my mailbox. Therefore, I would like to request a REFUND as I never use your service and cancel my existing plan.
