Why didn't I receive my SIM Card yet

I'm stucked now because my credit to previous provider is finished and didn't receive my SIM card neither know when I'll, there's no info

Normally, the SIM card should arrive to the preferred shipping address within 5 working days, but due to covid 19, it may take 10 business days before you receive it.

 

We'd like to check the account on when it was shipped.
