cannot make any phone calls and no internet

Hi

 

I recently changed my mobile phone place from vodaphone to TPG and received the email that my mobile is activated.

But still cannot make any phonecalls and no internet connection as well. ( incoming calls and incoming SMS are okay)

I tried everything I could.

What's wrong with my phone?

Hi , I have a same issue and unable contact TPG via phone, on hold for the last 20 min Having a terrible experience with TPG , very disappointed
