I'm not able to send text messages using my Samsung Android phone on the TPG/Vodafone Network. I can receive but cannot send to anyone. I checked my balance, my active plan- Sending SMS and Receiving SMS- active, Service Center Number is set to +61415011501, checked Network Provider, tried rebooting the phone, tried to restart and then send SMS to my own number, tried TPG SIM in a different handset that is known to send and receive SMS properly. Nothing works. Contacted TPG mobile support on several occasions. They could not help.
