Do we have an update on eSIM availability at TPG ?

We do not support eSIM at this stage, we only have physical SIM for our mobile products.

@Anonymous . Since TPG will soon be relieved of the burden of maintaining a very mature product like email, they might be able to turn their attention to rolling out IPv6, wifi calling and eSIMs. And better training for moderators and call centre staff.

I was wondering when will TPG rollout the eSIM to customer. I currently have the iPhone 15 eSIM version I got from 🇺🇸 US. Waiting for TPG to give us an update regarding the eSIM.

The ESIM will be available with TPG soon.

There's no solid date as of the moment, but we target to get it live within the year.
