honor 90 lite

Hello,

According to Kimovil the honor 90 lite is compatible with all bandwidths of 4g and 5g provided by Vodafone. 

So why is it that I cannot use Volte  with my honor 90 lite with TPG?

Did you purchase your device here in Australia or outside?

Does the software of the device up to date?

Have you contacted the manufacturer support for you to enable the VoLTE?

I bought it overseas.

I have checked with honor support and they said that honor 90 lite is definitely Volte capable. They said that a Volte on/off button will appear so long as phone is compatible with the carrier's network.

I did get a message from TPG a while back saying that my phone was incompatible, but Kimovil says that it is compatible with all 3 bandwidths of 4G used by Vodaphone in Australia. This being the case, I am wondering why my phopne is incompatible with TPG's 4G.

If the message was from our Mobile Team, this means that your device is not compatible with our 4G network.

Could you please explain why it is not compatible if TPG uses Vodafone network, and my device should be compatible with all 3 bandwidths that Vondafone offers for 4G.
