Get online support

how can i turn my mobile voicemail on. it is set to active on my account but doesn't work.

i have a new phone with the old sim card and now my voicemail doesnt work. I have activated it online in my account but still nothing. 

when people ring they hear a message "the number you called is switched off or unavailable, please try sending a text message or call again later"

help please?

I would love to help, I was able to pull up the account using your community details.

Please try to dial 121 and then press 'Call' if it is still the same dial 1211 then press 'Call'
