@maryambabaali . When you login to WhatsApp, do you use your mobile phone number or some other identifier? Is the sender sending to your proper number/identifier?

Just wondering if you got your issue resolved. I am about to do the same as you and end my Telstra sim and move to TPG. Luckily they are taking forever to send a new sim so I was just reading up on how reliable tpg is, doesn’t look too good from what you are saying
