international SMS

Hi,

Me and my wife both got TPG sims recently. We both cant send international SMS. One is a apple I phone and the other is a samsung galaxy.

Can someone fix this?

I was able to locate your Mobile account using your Community details however I will need to verify which of the mobile numbers you have are the ones having issues. 

Could you at least provide us with the last 4 digits of the problematic numbers?
