Its been more than 36 hours, i have migrated my sim. more than 10 hours for my both sim being dead. i cannot call the provided TPG number or anyone to whom i could request to call TPG on my behalf. I got two phone interview today and i do not know what to do.

i read few of the posts regarding more than 10 days delay in "getting back" along with failure to provide service. if i am down the same pathway would i have option to revert my sim to previous service providers?
