Hi
I have moved several mobiles from aldi to TPG recently.
All of them were activated within minutes of my activation online, however one service has been activated online since yesterday morning but still remains in activation pending state.
I fear thee is some issue with this particular one and ask you to escalate the issue as i definitely need the phone active by tomorrow morning.

We can see that you have been in touch with one of our Mobile Specialists who advised that the SIM Card activation takes 1-2 working days. That being said, we're expecting it to be activated on Monday, 09/July/2018.
We apologise for the inconvenience this issue is causing you, but please be assured that we will chase this matter with our Mobile Team and keep you posted for updates where possible.
