Thansk for raising this to us. Are you getting an error message when sending email? If so, please post the screenshot of the error message.
For testing purposes, please try to use TPG post office if the issue still persists (https://www.tpg.com.au/home/postoffice ).

Thanks for the update.
Are you able to send a PM with a screenshot of your Mail settings?
This will help us analyze the problem.
Also, are you able to test if you are able to send out emails using a different device or the Webmail (Post Office)?

I can use webmail from my device with no problem.

Yes, no change. It has been many months now. I am using my company email address to send when using my mobile.
The message after I send an email is:
Some emails weren't sent
These emails have been moved to the Outbox. Open emails to see what went wrong.
When opening the message is:
Couldn't send email. Something went wrong. Try again.
