Since this afternoon I have been asked for sign in for email on my 2 android devices and also on Oulook on PC. Sign in continuosly fails on all devices. Test email from work account showed up in Post Office. Is there a POP3 issue?
Same problem. Windows live mail client connects to mail.tpg.com.au (POP3 port 995, SSL), verifies SSL certificate, then tries to login with username and password.
Error message: -ERR failed: Could not connect to server
Looks like mail server cannot connect to security server to verify username and password (like what happened to Post Office a few days ago).
Same error without SSL, ie. POP3 port 110.

There was a known issue with our TPG Email earlier today, but it has been declared fixed.We recommend that you re-enter the TPG Email password should you require more assistance.

This is the error I was getting.
It seemed to resolve itself last night.
