Hi. My equipment order number 4248799. Can I arrange to have the modem/equipment delivered on 11 Jan or later please? This is the date when the installation will be done and there will be someone at home.

I've managed to locate your account and recent update indicated that the modem has been shipped out from our warehouse.

Standard delivery timeframe is 1-2 working days within metro and 3-5 working days outside.
