High latency - xbox series x

Hi all. I've just bought an xbox series x and am trying to get the ping down to a reasonable level.
At the moment posting 179ms as the best it can get with a hard wired connection. WiFi on 5ghz is exactly the same.
I've opened ports. Putthe iponto a dmz on the router but no joy.
All other connected devices run a ping of 20 to 30ms.
Download speed isn't an issue just latency.
Is there a fix for this?

Hi @RobbieRhone47 . Your xbox is getting 179 ms and other connected devices get 20-30 ms. 

What are these other devices?

What hostname or ip address are you pinging?

What model router do you have?
