I got mail of Activated SIM, why don't show TPG SIM even I have been try by changing moble sets, and not able to make call and SMS?

If you do not have any signal or your phone is not showing that it's connected to a network after SIM activation, please check this link for some troubleshooting: https://support.tpg.com.au/troubleshooting-mobile-voice-no-coverage
