Since the 15/9/23 (last received) I have not been receiving my email feed from this domain

This is a (series of) IT related newsletters that I've been receiving for several years. Enquiries their end (Canada) tell me nothing has changed and mail is being sent by them. These are not on my postoffice and do not appear in my daily mail. Could someone look into this please.

To be frank I cant tell if I've moved to TMC - I went through the notification process etc the day after it (the change) was announced but have since not received any notification that its happened or that I still need to do something.
What is clear the mail server is loaded up at certain times of day as it bounces logon requests, but eventually mail flows. (all except one domain that is).
Hi @rivit, send us a private message along with your TPG email address. We'll confirm with our PostMaster if you have transferred your email to TMC.
This issue is proving unresolvable
I am getting no reply from the sender after I have emailed them twice (23/9 and 4/10) on the matter. I cannot tell if they have even received these requests, let alone if they have replied.
Given TPG admins require test messages to be able to do anything you can close this issue
- but it is not solved at all. I just give up.
